Can you give me personal advice about herbs or my health?
I'm so sorry, but I can't. I'm not able to diagnose, treat or advise on individual health concerns, and it wouldn't be safe for me to try. Please speak to your doctor, pharmacist or a qualified medical herbalist.
Do you offer readings, sessions or coaching?
Not at the moment. This space is a journal and a small shop. If that ever changes, newsletter readers will hear first.
How do I get my download?
Payments are taken securely by [Stripe / Etsy], and your download link arrives by email as soon as you've paid. If it hasn't come within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then write to me with your order number and I'll send it again.
Can I share your writing?
Yes, please share links and short quotes with credit. Please don't republish whole posts or use my photographs without asking first.
Do you work with brands?
Only very occasionally, and only with small, ethical makers whose work I genuinely use. Tell me a little about what you have in mind.
